For the supplementation of magnesium in cases of insufficient intake.
Magnesium plays an important role in your wellbeing and emotional state and is important in activating normal metabolic functioning. The recommended daily allowance of magnesium is not less than 270 mg. Your diet probably does not contain enough magnesium and therefore supplementation may be necessary.
Dosage and directions for use:
Take one to two capsules daily after food.
One Magni-Slow capsule is approximately equal to two Magni-Slow tablets.
Precautions, Contra-indications and Side Effects:
If you are sensitive to any of the ingredients you should not take this product.
Stop taking this product if any adverse reaction occurs.
Patients taking any other medication should consult their health care professional before taking any complementary medicine.
Do not use if you suffer from the following: Renal impairment, Dehydration, Gastric lesions or disorders.
Magni-Slow capsules are normally well tolerated, but mild forms of diarrhoea, nausea and bowel discomfort may occur.
If taken during strenuous exercise please take with at least 100ml of water.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place below 25°C.
