Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Order Confirmation

After completion of placing your order and once you have checked out and Pinnacle has received your transaction, we will automatically send you confirmation that we have received your order and are busy processing it for shipping to you. Once processed our courier company will notify you with updates until the goods are delivered.


We at Pinnacle strive to make your online shopping experience as cost effective as possible, whilst still maintaining the highest standards in distributing your goods to you safely. All orders received before 12pm will be sent out within two to three working days of receiving the order (excluding weekends and out of stock items) Please note in certain cases we may require bank confirmation as to the validity of the transaction prior to dispatching goods. This in light of the increase in fraudulent transactions experienced on line. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this delay may cause in the dispatch date of your order, however at Pinnacle we prefer to know that your cards are safe & have been utilized legitimately by you the owner.

In addition to further protecting both you and us Pinnacle reserves the right to ship your goods, signature required. Please do not hesitate to contact us at +27 (21) 715 5221 (8.30am-4.30pm) should this be of inconvenience to you and we will attempt to find a more convenient solution. Should your packaged order be too large / fragile and therefore differs in price to what’s been advertised online, we will contact you to get approval prior to shipping.

Returns and exchange and Cancellation policy

At Pinnacle our policy is to always provide you with the very best customer service. At all times we strive to make sure that your purchases from our store leave you feeling very satisfied!

Therefore if you are unhappy with a purchase made in our store at any time please feel free to simply return it for either an alternative product at a similar price or we will credit your account for your next purchase order. If you are wanting to exchange the goods you can either contact us to place your new order or ship the old package with your new order details included and please don’t forget your contact details, we would very much like to inform you about the status of your new order. Please make sure all return products are in a saleable condition, with instruction tags still intact and have expiry dates no less than 6 months from date of expiry.

We will require your full particulars i.e. Name, telephone number, credit card details, and a copy of the invoice. Once we receive your parcel a full credit will be passed and you will be notified when this has been completed.
