Indications:
For the supplementation of magnesium in cases of insufficient intake.
Magnesium plays an important role in your wellbeing and emotional state and is important in activating normal metabolic functioning. The recommended daily allowance of magnesium is not less than 270 mg. Your diet probably does not contain enough magnesium and therefore supplementation may be necessary.
The tablet is non-disintegrating and the empty matrix (tablet) may be passed out whole.
The tablet is designed to release the Magnesium Chloride in a controlled form as follows: after one hour more than 50%; after two hours more than 75%; after four hours, more than 90%.
Dosage and directions for use:
Take two to four tablets daily after food. It is recommended that the major dose is taken at night.
Precautions, Contra-indications and Side Effects:
If you are sensitive to any of the ingredients you should not take this product.
Stop taking this product if any adverse reaction occurs.
Patients taking any other medication should consult their health care professional before taking any complementary medicine.
Do not use if you suffer from the following: Renal impairment, Dehydration, Gastric lesions or disorders.
Magni-Slow capsules are normally well tolerated, but mild forms of diarrhoea, nausea and bowel discomfort may occur.
If taken during strenuous exercise please take with at least 100ml of water.
Storage and disposal information:
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place below 25°C.
These tablets absorb moisture. Keep container tightly closed.

30, 60, 100 tablets in a brown (amber) glass bottle with a white pilfer-proof screw-cap lid with a protective seal.
Identification: A red film-coated tablet.
