Indications:
A high potency multi vitamin and mineral supplement with antioxidants.
Dosage (for adults and children older than 12 years):
Take one capsule daily after food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Contra-indications:
If you are sensitive to any of the ingredients you should not take this product.

Ginseng may lead to a small increase in blood pressure. If any adverse reaction occurs stop taking this product and contact your healthcare professional.
