Indications:
Zinc is a trace element essential for regulating numerous systems in the body.
Contra-indications:
If you are sensitive to any of the ingredients you should not take this product.

Interactions:
Taking zinc along with some antibiotics might decrease the effectiveness of the antibiotic. To avoid this interaction, take zinc supplements at least 1 hour after antibiotics. Selenium might interact with medication that slows down blood clotting (Anticoagulants) and increase the risk of bleeding.
Pregnancy and Lactation:

Dosage:
Take one tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
