Indications:
For help in the relief of occasional constipation.
Dosage and directions for use:
Adults and Children over 12 years: The usual dose is two to four tablets per day, which may be increased or decreased depending on the response. Take with a full glass of water.
Children under the age of 12: Consult your healthcare professional before using.
Precautions, Contra-indications and Side Effects:
If you are sensitive to any of the ingredients you should not take this product.
Stop taking this product if any adverse reaction occurs.
Patients taking any other medication should consult their health care professional before taking any complementary medicine.
People with undiagnosed stomach symptoms should consult their medical practitioner before taking this product. This product should not be used for a prolonged period unless directed by a medical practitioner. Prolonged use may cause one to become dependant on laxatives and lose normal bowel function. Rectal bleeding or failure to have bowel movement after use of a laxative could indicate a serious condition. Stop use and consult your medical practitioner. Report any unusual change in bowel activity that has persisted for 2 weeks or longer to your medical practitioner and do not use a laxative.
Caution should be taken by patients suffering from any inflammatory bowel disease.
Cramps and/or colic may occur. Prolonged use or overdosage may result in diarrhoea, excessive loss of water and electrolytes and possible atonic non-functioning colon.
Treatment of overdose is symptomatic and supportive.
There could be discoloration of the urine.
This could interfere with diagnostic tests.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their medical practitioner before using this product.
Storage and disposal information:
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place below 25°C.

Pack of 20 tablets in a white securitainer with tamper proof lid. Also 48 and 200 tablets packed in a white plastic container with a green lid and tamper proof seal.
